They only come with a new bendix. Buy a bendix.  In Canada they can be tough to get.

I put in the standard battery. ck voltage about mid rev. 14.8 volt 14.7 with headlight on. not a big difference. on idle about 14.6 volt. 14.8 volt should not hurt battery.

I  need a battery for 2016 ser 300. I keep hearing talk about earth x and lithium over stock, but up here we get some cold. anyone have any issue in below 0 c . Any model numbers of battery. must be reliable. Which one is best

A bit north of Toronto Ontario. Rob doesn,t have one, I phoned, the original did not have one I think, but the replacement did. I still have the original, the replacement quit last fall.

I was woundering if anyone know if I can get the washer that goes behind the Bendix. I took it out now if vanished. On utube dangermouse said to be careful not to loose it or something to that effect, too funny. anyway my dealer said I can only get it with a new Bendix. if I could get the thickness maybe I can look around. Anyone up north of border have a extra? just asking

I could have  used a kick starter. last fall . I was doing  a enduro and bike stalled out over a log crossing. Bendixwould not engage. I managed to push it fast enough in single tract to bump start it and rode out of test.  It did not lose me the race but certainly cut my day short.That was 2nd bendix. too old and out of shape to be pushing bikes.

I run petrocan or shell. Highest grade they have. Pulled carb out last week after sitting all winter and was real clean. Don,t really race hard .

Alex,  I did the cord a few times ,first time in 2010 and last one was 2015 when I turned 50, on a ser300. bike was better than the rider,, beat the hell out of bike and me, but finished, Done real racing, just a couple of smaller enduros, to keep active
