Oh ok. I would then look at the cap. Or a leak of some sort. It relies on the vaccine created on cooling so either the cap is not letting it return or there is no vacuum to suck it back

Yea I think the bottom half of the bearing surface is what will set your clearance.

The coolant overflow pipe from the radiator neck to the expansion tank takes a pretty convoluted path. Yours hasn't got a kink in it somewhere has it? Particularly where it runs across behind the fuel tank and comes through to the left side cover?
You're on to it

Just make sure you have the right caps in the right place they will be match bores at the factory so will not be interchangeable.

I am not sure maybe there is a leak on the Radiator side ? The low pressure that pulls the fluid back might be dwindling.

The nut Is plastic you will have to loosen the hex locking bolt first.
Not sure  about the clicker sorry. An o ring has probably failed and let some dirt in.
Might be a pull apart to investigate situation.  I think this is the right manual for your forks ( these maybe the Factory fork only though)http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/5f0213a269fb0/2005-2012%20KTM%20WP%204860%20CC%20Fork%20Repair%20Manual.pdf

New Zealand, all our stuff comes from AUS
If they don't have it I need to wait for them to get it first.

If they have it though generally get it before the next weekend.

what are you guys running for mid/hard enduro stuff?

Hard as in difficulty or hard as in rocks? Over a year ago I discovered the green and double green line tires that the top guys use in extreme enduros. They make a huge difference in grip, though they last about 2/3rds of a regular tire.

As for sizes, fatter tires (120 or 140 in FIM) provide better grip but sacrifice turning ability. The bike feels sort of heavier. 100 and 110 tires get you that light bike feel, but less grip.
My 110/100-18 Dunlops are velcro on this bike.
Hard as in terrain, We run hard pack dirt to rocks.

I'm looking for a good front and rear combo that give me better flat corner turning.

Yea I don't have one didn't think it needed one either. I gave a mate a ride on mine on the weekend. Admit idly  he is a 4 banger boy,  first thing he said was "Could do with a flywheel weight."
Just got me thinking is all.
