Sherco Tech / Xtrig pre-load adjuster part number
« on: October 20, 2017, 12:37:17 PM »
Any one know which Xtrig shock preload adjuster works on a 2017 300SEF-R?
I've read about the 'Matt Pope' unit but I can't get a part number in Xtrig language.
Thanks,

I just installed an Arrow exhaust I had for a TM450.  The silencer inlet needed a reducer and it lined up well with band mounting clamps and an additional aluminum bushing for the rear subframe mount.

Reflashed the ECU with the 2017 300 AKRO map, the TPS voltage set at .6, and I couldn't be happier.

The bike is running at the push of the button.  Literally at the push.  Hot or cold.  In gear or neutral.  Makes no difference.

The power is amazing.  To qualify, this is my son's bike, and I haven't ridden it prior to this change, he'll be on it this weekend and we'll be able to give real feedback.  I've been riding a YZ450FX. This Sherco has all of the punch and speed in the woods you could ever need.  Adam is a GNCC type of rider and the Sherco as it was, wasn't quite there for him, I suspect it will be a different story now.  If you need more out of the 300 four stroke and you have a stock silencer, there's more there for you...

I certainly have no idea on actual performance increase, just that I rode the bike for a hour in the woods and I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
