fixing the  return shifter spring on my ser300, a bit of a pain,  but I need the gasket that goes around the case, in canada parts are tough to get, my question is will gasket maker work. Not worried about sealing,  my concerns is clearance.  Is the thickness of original gasket critical to any clearance for water pump or shifter shifter length.  I am sure I am not the only person that came across this.  Normally I am a oem parts guy,

I  need a battery for 2016 ser 300. I keep hearing talk about earth x and lithium over stock, but up here we get some cold. anyone have any issue in below 0 c . Any model numbers of battery. must be reliable. Which one is best

I have a starter that will not even turn over. 12.6 v at battery,when start button engaged drop to 3 volt, check to ground and at solenoid on starter side and there is continuity. Next pull lead off at starter lead terminal to ground continuity. Next pull starter, real fun, on table to double check, lead terminal to case closed. The wire from starter to solenoid is great once disconnected off starter. Am I really screwed, some of places rebuild car starters, does anyone do small bike starters or just need to get out visa card.

Sherco Tech / ser 300 clutch noise

I have a 2016 ser 300, just noticed that on idle the clutch is noisy, and when the lever is pulled in it goes away, I can hear clutch 1st and 2nd gear low rev idling along, great running bike, clutch does not slip ,feels , good, engages, disengages perfect, all stock.Changed oil in it,3 times now, did not make a difference, really sounds like a bearing, but I want to hear from any others in shercoland, The bike has  109km, or about 65 miles, I had a 2014 ser300 and I don,t recall hearing this,

I have a box of sherco signals, front and back, relay, wiring , 2 original mirrors with brackets to mount on handle bar, a key ignition with 2 keys,and mounting bracket, rear tail pc for lic. plate and tail light, nothing has ever been installed,all brand new, don,t need or want them. Sherco Tech / hand buzz fix

I have a 14 ser300, run mainly single track, I get a lot of hand buzz, fingers are numb after 15 min, I take hands off shake them, while riding, I have new fork spring for my size, suspension set up pretty close, I am a bid on large size, or too short for my weight, but I was wondering what other guys do, changing grips, tires, etc. i have set up it so it tracks pretty good in sand, and woops, I really notice it in single track, I don,t mind changing setting a bit, but I don,t want handling to suffer,I try to keep hand loose on grips, but in tight stuff when this thing hits, you really need to hang on, I keep switch in hot mode, run 2nd gear in tight woods,

I have a new 300 ser 2 stroke, got it for enduros,  took it out some back roads and really like the bike, pretty light, but it seems to tap out around 110 km/h range that is about 65mph for the southern guys,,i could go a bit more but it seems to be overreving, my past was a husky te450, 150 km/h, but heavy. What kind of speeds are others getting.I am use to big 4strokes that run  a bit different at top speed, The enduros up here have a few road sections,,but most is single track so I will leave gearing  alone, goes like a scared rabbit getting up to speed,
