There were some issues with the ECU on the 2019 models because the ECU was to close to the Ignition Coil (electromagnetism effect was driving ECU crazy).
Try to pull away the ECU and give another try. There is a video on tube explaining this issue in more detail.

Hello everybody!
I´m also a Sherco rider and I love this machine! I think is the best ride I ever had for hard enduro and besides I´m facing some ignition issues I would not change a bolt on that bike!  ;D

I thing my ignition issue is very similar to yours. My Sherco 300 SE Factory 2021 (20ART) doesn't start. I can see a single spark on the spark plug and nothing more (yes one spark only). I believe I have checked everything possible and I still didn't find the problem:
New Spark Plug;
Pull ECU far away from the ignition coil (magnetism effect known on 2019 models drives ECU crazy), 2021 models have already new rubber part on the ignition coil mount to increase the distance between both components;
Pick up coil checked and good;
Ignition coil - good (0,5 mOhm between + and -);
DC CDI - good (getting the 12V on the red wire and good ignition signal from ECU)
Stator good (3phase AC stator with  0,44ohm on Y1-Y2-Y3);
New Battery;
Diagnostic machine connected with no error issues.

One single spark is all I can get every 30 sec (I need to wait the ignition to turn off if I want to see one spark again).

This might be a noob question, but how did you track the problem to a compression problem? What are/were the indication?

Another reply to my own topic :)  I have installed a new spring and the decompressor mechanism  seems to return with more force. I have not tested it yet but it seems as if the old spring may have gotten weaker due to heat, if it works its a  cheap enough part to change on each rebuild.

I think your main problem is with the battery, the ignition on this bikes need to have a battery working good, one time when my battert gone flat i tryed to bump start it with no success, even on a long downhill, it only worked with a jump starter, and when i would take out one of the wires of the jump starter the bike would die. So i can tell that thes bikes need to have power in the battery.

And the lithium battery are not good for cold weather, better try a lead acid battery.
