Swingarm Bearings

Summer 2016 has finally conceded defeat & Ol Man Winter is taking over.
It's time to swap out the tires for winter studs.
My 2014 SEF300R has 125 hours so I'm going to change wheel bearings & swingarm bearings while I'm at it.
I've never had the swingarm out of this bike, is there any tutorial or helpful hints?

The bearings came out of mine easily. 

I just used the correct size sockets to pound them out.

Your wheel bearings may be ok but I think I had a rear go around 150 hours.  I had a swingarm bearing, a lower shock bearing and a couple linkage bearings that were shot at around 170 hours.

Good to know . Did you ever strip for re greasing?

Greased the wheel bearings for tire changes but not the others.

I founs contamination the biggest killer on my yz.
I'll be pulling the sherco down at 10 hours circa look and re-grease
