I emailed Kyle a couple month back and told him he need to try the 300SER against his 300xc, he said he was getting a sherco but wasn't sure which model. I was hoping it was the 2stk! But oh well, either way its good for Sherco to get some publicity and show more people how good they are.

Excellent! He does great video reviews and always does side by side comparisons between bikes. I will have to keep checking the channel for new videos!

When he contacted me I had sold all of the two strokes so I sent him a 300 four stroke. When he's done with it I will sell it and send him a 300 two stroke, probably a Factory edition.
By the way.....I did this because several of you here recommended him. So.....I do listen to you guys. Well .....most of you anyway!  LOL!!!!!!!!

Great to see!

IMO, the more publicity the bikes get, the better.

The bike is great and should hold its own against anything out there.

Amazing how many comments on the video were, "never heard of Sherco."  Seems to be reaching a whole new market as well as hyping up the usual OB WB crowd.  He's not much of a 4st guy but I'm convinced he'll like that bike, 300cc 4st bikes are the best imo

Funny thing.....had more phone calls, emails and Instagram mentions from customers seeing the bike on his channel in two days than I ever did of customers seeing the 250 and 300 four stroke in Dirt Rider Magazine in 2015. Isn't that interesting? I wonder why? Because you can watch videos at work but not read a magazine? Magazines have lost their credibility? People don't read mags anymore? What do you think? This interests the heck out of me.

Sending him a bike was a smart move, he has a cult following. I can't wait for him to test the 300SER against the 300XC.

Viewing a video is the next best thing to riding the bike. Sound, movement and the first person view places you there while you would need to be a strong book reader to have that same influence while reading,,,,, not many of those reader in today's era or interested in riding a dirt bike!

Kyle's channel I believe is pretty unique. He represents the average weekend warrior very well, although I think we all wish we got out more frequently, as he seems to do. I enjoy the fact that I get to see him ride similar terrain as what I ride as well. His added commentary separates him from most other YouTubers. There are lots of entertaining videos out there but not too many that add any value to your skill set or at least make you think (for what they are worth, even though nothing replaces seat time). I think it was a great move and hopefully it helps move the brand.
It would be great to see the Australian importer follow suit and get a Sherco to frequent the Cross Training Enduro Skills YouTube channel more frequently.
Personally I don't trust most magazine opinions so I steer clear of them for the most part. I like Traction E-Rag as they don't seem to have an outside agenda though. Truth is everyone has an opinion and the key thing right now is brand awareness and these other mediums are a good way to go.
The next best (or better) would be to have better coverage and availability of enduro type events throughout the states and abroad.
