« on: August 16, 2020, 04:50:57 AM »
Hi, Iím finding my bike likes to find a false neutral or just not select gears as it should I know Sherco made improvements on the 2018 model for this was wondering if the 2018 gear selector could be retro fitted to a 2017 one in one out or would this not work or is there another fix tia Adam

I don't know the answer to your question, but I have a some suggestions that I've found to be helpful. 1) change the oil more often. 2) make sure (by hand) that your shift lever wants to return to the center position from both up and down directions.  I had the shift return spring break on my 2017 300SE. 3) Make sure when you shift while riding that you allow the shift lever to fully return to center.  I have a habit on upshifts of keeping my boot under the lever and not allowing it to fully return to center and then the next upshift will miss or be notchy.
