It just a real wiggle gyggle type thing, then all of a sudden it's out :). Same sort of thing when you put it in, you don't think your getting it in, then all of a sudden it's in :)

Iíve had them out many times
Be careful and gently push the hose out the way
Also twist it either way to you find the best position

Finalli I did !!

I just pulled out a piece first, don't ask me the name because I do not know. Is like a valve.
