Jump start terminal?

I have a couple of Shercos. It hasn’t happened yet but is probably inevitable...they’ll need a jump start. There is what appears to be a battery terminal just under the seat that leads down to the crazy buried battery?  All wires coming into this terminal are red/hot???  Where would I connect my jumper cables to get enough juice to start them?
