I have a 21 250 2t and yes the fan dose come on earlier than one might have expected, however in my riding environment it's probably a good thing, typically 25 to 35c.
They take a little to get jetted right, l'm still fine tuning.
For me it's a slightly more nimble package than the 300's.
Suspension is sweet out of the box, just running clickers in comfort mode and loving the OEM tyres, at least in our terrain. Great bike hard to fault so far.
I up graded from an 18 250 six day, that was a great bike also, had no problems with it what so ever in a 100hrs of riding!
