Trailtech endurance II

i have a 2019 Sherco 300 SEF-R factory. My ODO is the original trailtech that comes with the bike. Sometimes this ODO fails and resets it self.
Does anybody knows if you can replace the original ODO by the trailtech endurance II without messing around with wires. Is it compatible and straight forward change?

Usually the speedo continually resetting is a symptom of a flat battery.Take speedo off and youll see a Round cover, undo it with a coin.from memory its a cr 032 ( 3 volt) or similar .Costs about a buck.
