WTB - Front Wheel Spacers For KTM Wheel On A 2020 SEF 300
« on: November 27, 2020, 05:30:18 PM »
In May I picked up a 2020 SEF 300 Factory which I love. After a few rides I picked up front flat and decided to change to the same tires I have on my 2016 Husky TE250 so I could directly compare the two bikes better. I run Tubliss on the TE but wanted to try a set of Nitro Mousse's.

I went standard mousse on the front and a soft on the rear. I've been waiting for it to break in and so far I've got 20 hours on it. I just cannot get comfortable with the front. I can't really explain it but I'm instantly more comfortable and quicker when I jump back on the Husky. Before the mousse the SEF felt great.

I'd like to eliminate variables and try the front wheel off my Husky on my Sherco to make sure the problem is where I suspect it is.

Anybody have a set they don't want or a lead on some? I'd get both front/rear if the seller wanted to sell both as a set.

Thanks,
Carl

Can you get a set from EE?
Shows them in stock.

Thanks. I looked but didn't scroll down past the handguards and missed them. I emailed EE Friday night too.

Just an FYI, I recently bought a set of their Wheel spacers so I can use my KTM wheels on my Sherco. The rear went in as expected, the left front spacer shoulder was too wide for my bike (2016 six days 300SEF). I got the wheel on but the brake rotor rubbed against the non movable part of the caliper.  I had to take about .080 eighty thousands off the shoulder to let the wheel come closer to the fork and center the rotor in the caliper.
