Thanks for posting that, if there ever was a chance for Sherco to get a podium this is the year. It's going to be a very exciting race with all the top riders yet to be determined.

here is another good one:

Rumor has is Sherco is having trouble in customs in Argentina with the items they freighted in among those being their spare engines. I guess there is a very expensive carnet.

I saw that bullshit on the customs thing too Mate.

Quote
The word from people on the ground is that there are a lot of problems with customs in Argentina. Whatever was air freighted seems to be ehm.... Let s say that if it's not that important, it will just stay there or freighted back. It will be interesting to check and see if Sherco will have the spare engines they need. I heard that they needed five figure numbers in customs...
So, another lesson learned here, better to have everything in that bloody ship!

What a sweet Rally bike Sherco have !!!

In following the firehose in ADV I always find it funny that everything there is KTM Honda and Yamaha , hardly ever a mention of Sherco except to say something stupid like Pedro will crash out cause he is a madman !
I always watch with baited breath for comments after Sherco wins a stage to see what will be said and still there is hardly a mention of the bikes just the riders at that point ! I really hope they can kick a little ass this year 1

It's in french but here is Alain Duclos before the race. some good riding in the middle

https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=1028153147245598

He is seeded 20th for Stage 1

Joan Pedrero is 25th for the same.

Not a bad position to start things out in if they can gain places.

Vayssade, the water carrier, is in 35th going into stage 1

From Duclos facebook

Quote
The race is momentarily neutralized towards the end of the link due to a huge storm on the entire region...!!! So we're all grouped together in a service station in the meantime a departure in convoy to the km 100 of the special where would be given a new start...
But for the moment the weather doesn't seem to want to calm down...!!!
To follow, so... 😉
